- If a project is less than $8,504 it should be entered as a Shoreline Authorization Application: (https://app.civicreview.com/application/68dbfaa4c13c1a2d0b0c5af6) instead of a Dock or Bank Stabilization project. This figure is set by the State of Washington and changes periodically.
- If you have a dock/stabilization, you use the Bank Stabilization Application: (https://app.civicreview.com/application/68dc18f585fb753516ea5fa5).

- JARPA Attachment E: DNR Aquatic Use Authorization: Complete this attachment and submit it with the completed JARPA form only if you are applying for an Aquatic Use Authorization with DNR. DNR recommends you discuss your proposal with a DNR land manager before applying for regulatory permits.
