No. Connection to a permanent on-site potable water source and NETCHD Environmental Health approved wastewater disposal system is required for all dwelling units ("hunting cabins", "seasonal cabins”, etc.), regardless of the building's size or how often the building is occupied.

Building permits expire one year after their issue date and can be renewed up to four times for a $55.00 fee (allowing for a total of five years from the issued date).
