The Pend Oreille County Civil Division is located at 331 S. Garden Ave., Newport, Washington. The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed for all County observed holidays.
The Civil Division’s mailing address is P.O. Box 5075 Newport, Washington 99156. We can accept payments by cash, check, or money order; no credit or debit cards will be accepted.
The Civil Division is responsible for processing, serving, and recording for the Sheriff’s Office and the private sector. Other responsibilities include registration of sex offenders, issuing Concealed Pistol Licenses, processing public disclosure requests and civil fingerprinting.
